Dessa forma, d\u00e9bitos com a Fazenda P\u00fablica Municipal, de pessoas f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas, inscritos ou n\u00e3o na d\u00edvida ativa, poder\u00e3o ser renegociados com descontos de juros e multa, \u00e0 vista ou de forma parcelada. Entram no Refis as d\u00edvidas contra\u00eddas at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A ades\u00e3o ao Refis poder\u00e1 ser feita at\u00e9 1\u00ba de outubro no R\u00e1pido do Anashopping, no Procon An\u00e1polis e no Centro Administrativo, presencialmente, mas tamb\u00e9m pelo Zap da Prefeitura, clicando na op\u00e7\u00e3o R\u00e1pido e, em seguida, em Refis 2023 e IPTU. Todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o programa neste ano est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis na edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Munic\u00edpio do dia 19 de julho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 anistia de multas e juros, o projeto apresenta a seguinte escala: 100% para pagamento \u00e0 vista; 95% para pagamento entre duas e seis parcelas; 90% para pagamento entre sete e 20 parcelas; 80% para pagamento entre 21 e 40 parcelas; e 70% para pagamento entre 41 e 60 parcelas.
