Ele est\u00e1 nos Estados Unidos em viagem com sua fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Passaporte<br><\/strong>Na mesma decis\u00e3o, o desembargador derrubou a medida que suspendeu o passaporte e o porte de arma do cantor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o magistrado, a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o de Nivaldo Batista Lima, nome de batismo do cantor, foi justificada com base em ila\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Destarte, da leitura da aludida decis\u00e3o [de primeira inst\u00e2ncia], constata-se que as justificativas utilizadas para a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o preventiva do paciente e para a imposi\u00e7\u00e3o das demais medidas cautelares constituem meras ila\u00e7\u00f5es impr\u00f3prias e considera\u00e7\u00f5es gen\u00e9ricas.
